Pterygophera californica

Pterygophera californica occurs at depths from 7 to 20 meters on rocky coast lines.

Our PlastiKelp laminariale has three flexible, brown stipes molded from a real specimen. The longest stipe is 65 centimeters with 24 blades distributed between the three stipes. The blades are approximately 5 centimeters wide, 24 inches long and are smooth, translucent and colored a “kelp brown.” The holdfast has a 3/8″ diameter nylon post extending from its underside.
